As they are made in small batches, the colour of the candles may vary slightly. Some scents will also affect the colour as natural ingredients in fragrances are unstable. If you have any questions about colour or looking for a specific colour, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist you.

FRAGRANCES – High-quality fragrance oils are used, therefore, most of our candles have a strong scent throw, 6-10% of fragrance is used for each candle.

• Available on all orders over £30.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
  
• Delivery Time: 2-4 working days from dispatch date.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unexpected delays.

Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)

• Cost: £3.95
• Delivery Time: 2-4 working days from dispatch.

Express Priority Delivery (UK Mainland ONLY)

• Cost: £5.95 (just £2 for orders over £30).
• Order Cut-Off: Place your order by 4 pm (Sunday–Thursday) for next working day dispatch.
• Delivery Time: 1-3 working days from dispatch.
• Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
  

Single Greeting Card Delivery

• Cost: £1.50
• Delivery Time: 2-4 working days from dispatch.

Please note that due to increased fraudulent claims, we cannot take responsibility for parcels left in a safe place if they are missing upon your return, even after the courier provides proof of delivery. By choosing to have your parcel left in a safe place, you do so at your own risk. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds in such cases.
