How can we help?
At Benny and Mollie, we truly hope you love your order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Damaged items
If all or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 working days of you receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible after this time.
Please supply us with the following so we can claim the damages back from our couriers:
- Photos of the damaged item/items
- Photos of the box with the items and packaging it arrived in if possible
- Your order number

Please let us know if you would prefer a refund or replacement when you contact us.
Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange on earrings providing they are unworn, within 30 days of purchase and you have your proof of purchase and original packaging.
If you would like to return your order for a refund, please send your return to the following address and include your order number:

Please note, it is your responsibility to return the item to us, we do not provide free returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Please ensure you send it back to us using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if the return gets lost.
It is also advised you use a courier who will take good care of your goods, as if they arrive back damaged to our warehouse due to transit on return we cannot issue a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I make a return?
To start a return, contact us at contact@bennyandmollie.co.uk with your order number and return details. Return requests will only be approved for items eligible for return. Your returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6 Chapel Terrace, Thornhill, Egremont, CA22 2RJ United Kingdom. Mark the box ‘RETURNS’
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@bennyandmollie.co.uk. If you have had your purchase for more than 30 days, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How long does a refund take and how will I be refunded?
We will process your return within 5 working days of receiving it. You will be notified via email, and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that due to increased fraudulent claims, we cannot take responsibility for parcels left in a safe place if they are missing upon your return, even after the courier provides proof of delivery. By choosing to have your parcel left in a safe place, you do so at your own risk. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds in such cases.
