Please can I add to my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't left us. Please use the contact us section, website chat or email contact@bennyandmollie.co.uk. Please provide us with your order number or the email address used to place your order and the items your would like adding onto your order. We can them send you a link to make payment for the additional items.

I made a mistake with my delivery address. Can I update it?

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct this before your order is dispatched from us. Please use either the contact us section, website chat or email contact@bennyandmollie.co.uk. Please be aware if your order has already been dispatched we can't change the delivery address.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes, we can! Use the Contact Us section on our website to let us know if you’d like a note added to your order or you can leave us a note at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand internationally soon—stay tuned!

 Do you have a physical store?

We’re an online-only shop for now, but opening a physical store is part of our future plans.
