CARE TIPS – Each of these candles is individually hand-poured in small batches. Each candle finish is unique and different. If you ordered two of the same one, they might not be the same, hand-made things can never be perfect, but they are beautifully imperfect. As handmade products, some imperfections may appear such as frosting as the wax is 100% natural, however, it does not affect the overall design and the usage of your candle.

COLOUR – As they are made in small batches, the colour of the candles may vary slightly. Some scents will also affect the colour as natural ingredients in fragrances are unstable. If you have any questions about colour or looking for a specific colour, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist you.

FRAGRANCES – High-quality fragrance oils are used, therefore, most of our candles have a strong scent throw, 6-10% of fragrance is used for each candle.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged Items

If an item you receive is damaged please contact us within 2 working days of receipt. We will require you to send us photos of the damaged items to allow us to claim the damages back from our couriers.

Refunds

Once we receive the item back and have inspected it, we will notify you of your refund.
