CARE TIPS – If using with essential oils, we typically recommend around 5-7 drops of essential oil mixed with water. Always ensure your essential oils are from a reputable and trusted supplier.

Please place your wax melt burner on a heatproof surface at all times and wait for the burner and any wax or oil to completely cool before touching it.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged Items

If an item you receive is damaged please contact us within 2 working days of receipt. We will require you to send us photos of the damaged items to allow us to claim the damages back from our couriers.

Refunds

Once we receive the item back and have inspected it, we will notify you of your refund.
