CARE & USE – For an optimum fragrance throw, we recommend using all of the reeds provided and turning them every 3 to 4 days. For a more subtle scent - use less reeds and turn less often.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged Items

If an item you receive is damaged please contact us within 2 working days of receipt. We will require you to send us photos of the damaged items to allow us to claim the damages back from our couriers.

Refunds

Once we receive the item back and have inspected it, we will notify you of your refund.
