MATERIAL – 100% soy wax, fragrance oil, dye, cotton wick. High-quality, cruelty-free fragrance oils are used.

CHRISTMAS TREE SCENT – A fresh herbal fragrance with top notes of Siberian Pine, with middle notes of clove, pimento and cinnamon alongside precious woods and fir balsam.

NOTES – Sold Individually. Ribbon may vary. Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, each piece is unique. Colour variations, air bubbles or frosting (white spots) may occur and are not considered faults. These candles are primarily designed for decorative purposes, and burn times may vary due to their distinctive shapes. Wax spillage is expected, make sure you place them on a heat-resistant, deep tray or dish.

CARE TIPS – While unlit, keep your candles away from direct sunlight or heat sources; heat can melt your candles and they might lose shape. Before burning your candles please respect our candle burn instructions that come with your candles

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged Items

If an item you receive is damaged please contact us within 2 working days of receipt. We will require you to send us photos of the damaged items to allow us to claim the damages back from our couriers.

Refunds

Once we receive the item back and have inspected it, we will notify you of your refund.
